Trauma-informed breathwork sessions for inner-freedom


I’m a trauma-informed certified and breathwork-certified coach and Yoga teacher. In 1:1 sessions, I assist clients in working through childhood and family dynamics and traumatic experiences for energetic, psychic, and physical renewal.

We’ll dig deep to unearth what’s been stuck within and ready to be released. We’ll start where you’d like and move deeper with each session over a few months. You’ll come out on the other side of these sessions anew. This process of transformation is dedicated to bringing out the best version of yourself with continued support and care. 

About Breathwork Sessions

Breathwork sessions are offered in 1 session, 12 sessions, or 24 sessions. Longer sessions of time together ensure we can explore different themes and areas that you’d like to transform together.

Pre-session

You’ll fill out a questionnaire that reviews childhood, family dynamics, and traumatic experiences as well as how you see your spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You’ll detail what you seek to transform and your goals for the session.

Once you complete the questionnaire, we’ll meet in an initial call to discuss the journey.

Each session together will be tailored to your needs.

The session (composed of three parts)

Preparation (Part 1) - We’ll discuss the techniques that will be introduced and your intention for the session. This is a time when I ensure you feel safe to explore deeper realms of your being. We’ll dive deep into what you’ve been holding onto that you’d like to release.

Breathwork (Part 2) - I’ll guide you through focused deep conscious circular breathing to reset your nervous system and move stuck energy through the body and mind.

Integration (Part 3) - This is a moment where you are given a safe space to express your experience.

Post session

Check-In - A few days later between then and the next session, we’ll reflect on your experience. Were you able to change patterns? We’ll discuss pattern interruptions and how to heal and change your behavior for long-lasting transformation.

1:1 Breathwork

Breathwork with Malarie is holistic healing using deep intentional breathing techniques along with tapping, energy work, and sound.

You’ll be accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness and from this space, I will guide you to release frozen energy and unprocessed emotions, manifest new perspectives, heal inner child wounds, and re-condition the mind towards positive life-affirming stories.

1:1 Yoga Sessions

1:1 sessions are great for beginners who want to learn the basics before integrating into a group class, those recovering from injury or coping with chronic pain.

My intention is to bring you to feel embodied by combining gentle and challenging movements using Hatha style yoga, Vinyasa flows and creative, powerful postures.

We will focus on your overall physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health , learn to deepen your connection to Self in your daily life and use our body at its fullest capability.

Group Breathwork and Yoga

Malarie offers group breathwork sessions and Yoga classes throughout Philadelphia. Join her in dynamic settings where transformation takes place.
